We combined solid European wood stiles and rails, a thermal insulation board, and layers of aluminum sheets and plywood in various wood veneers such as Mahogany into a sandwich design that produces remarkably resilient doors. This featured custom project demonstrates just some of the unique capabilities of our team. This door is an Aluminum Clad Pivot Door that towers an impressive eight feet high and stretches an unprecedented five feet wide. The five foot width is especially impressive, as many companies do not have the ability to construct such an oversized door.

This width, however, is only possible in a pivot door. Luckily, unlike most pivot doors, our Pivot Door Collection is constructed in a way that avoids the common issues pivot doors face. Our pivot doors are built with double rabbeted jambs and a multi-point lock to resist warping and cracking, provide additional security, and improve insulation.

The aluminum clad exterior serves the dual purpose of protecting your entrance from harsh weather and looking beautiful. Combined with our unique Euro Technology, the aluminum clad exterior provides superior insulation and thermal performance.

Beyond performance, this featured door is absolutely stunning. The contrast between the metallic exterior and wooden interior serves as the perfect entrance to any modern home.

HINGES Available

Regular Hinge

Adhering to the highest standards, we exclusively use our own heavy duty ball bearing patina coated brass hinge with a steel pin. The weight of one hinge is 13 oz. Architecturally proportioned, this 4" straight angle distinctive design boasts the finest quality.

Concealed Hinge

Fully hidden and adjustable, the concealed hinge does its job so well that you will only notice that it is there to admire the technology. We use only the finest concealed hinges from Tectus, a german brand that produces some of the highest quality hinges in the world.

Pivot Door

Pivot Doors revolve around a hinge that is offset from where a hinge would be on a traditional door. The craftsmanship and technology of a Pivot hinge allows for a larger opening than most other types of doors since traditional hinges cannot carry the same kind of weight.

Multipoint Lock Hardware has a variety of locking devices including Hooks, Roller, Roundbolts, Latch Bolts, Tongues, Shoobolts or a combination.

MULTIPOINT LOCK

Our comprehensive range includes multi-point locks for timber, plastic or aluminium. Key-operated multi-point locks by KFV are locked by a double key turn. Two turns are also required for unlocking.
