Painted doors are clad on both sides with 6mm thick MDF and painted directly onto the MDF. Lacquering cycle: 1 x primer, Sanding, 1 x primer, Sanding, Top Coat.

Our MDF doors have the option to come in a lacquered finish. This selection is finished with HDF boards and MDF to create a smooth door. Select a color of lacquered finish for a complete, smooth design.

Solid Core Construction - Modern Interior Doors:
Our solid core construction can be found within all our modern interior doors. For our solid wood doors, you will find a 1-1/2" solid wood center. This is then surrounded with a natural wood veneer of your choosing.
Our interior doors made with MDF utilize a RT8 board that is sandwiched with MDF/plywood and then surrounded in a natural 1/4" veneer.

The Luxeline Fire-Rated Collection offers swinging doors. The standard hinges can be upgraded for an additional fee, while the standard magnetic latch lock or single bore (levers sold separately) are included, but can be customized at an extra cost. You can also choose from a variety of frame construction options.
