Trimless Door
Our trimless framing option provides a minimal framed appearance. This selection uses a drywall return construction using a standard wooden jamb. The drywall return allows this jamb to be partially hidden, giving it a very slim design.

Lacquered MDF

Painted doors are clad on both sides with 6mm thick MDF and painted directly onto the MDF. Lacquering cycle: 1 x primer, Sanding, 1 x primer, Sanding, Top Coat.

Our painted Luxeline doors are the perfect choice for someone wanting a specific color to be cohesive throughout their home. This option allows you to still be able to enjoy our beautiful wood grains in our doors with the painted finish look you want.
Lacquered Finish MDF
(high end painted doors with smooth finish)
Our MDF doors have the option to come in a lacquered finish. This selection is finished with HDF boards and MDF to create a smooth door. Select a color of lacquered finish for a complete, smooth design.
Solid Core Construction - Modern Interior Doors:
Our solid core construction can be found within all our modern interior doors. For our solid wood doors, you will find a 1-1/2" solid wood center. This is then surrounded with a natural wood veneer of your choosing.
Our interior doors made with MDF utilize a RT8 board that is sandwiched with MDF/plywood and then surrounded in a natural 1/4" veneer.
Modern Interior Door Construction:
- Stiles and rails: Engineered 3-15/16" minimum solid wood stiles and rails-bonded to the center of the door with vertical edges that match
- Core: Natural RT8 wood fiber board - decreased traveling of sound - environmental, recyclable, and ecologically friendly
- Crossband: MDF- Manufactured wood pulp product
- Face Veneer: Oak, Mahogany or MDF in a large selection of styles
- Adhesive: Manufactured using high-quality D3 adhesives that are moisture resistant and contain no additional urea-formaldehyde
- Finish: Our commercial grade, factory finish is UV cured and does not have any added urea-formaldehyde
DOOR TYPES:
Swinging:
The Luxeline Collection offers a range of options for swinging doors. The standard hinges can be upgraded for an additional fee, while the standard magnetic latch lock or single bore (levers sold separately) are included, but can be customized at an extra cost. You can also choose from a variety of frame construction options.
Bifold:
The Bifold door from our Luxeline Collection comes with standard hardware and a knob. An additional option for a matching cased opening is also available at an extra cost. Choose from our available options to create the perfect look for your space.Barn:
The Barn door in our Luxeline Collection comes with the option of a separate barn door track and hardware (which are sold separately), or the possibility of custom door preparation using your own hardware. Which will require a template for review.
Pocket:
The Luxeline Collection's pocket door does not include hardware, which must be purchased separately. Custom door prep using your own hardware is an option and requires a template for review by us.
